PNW Pyramid LLC™ Policies and Terms 

1. DEFINITIONS AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of PNWPyramid.com (the “Website”) and the booking of any services, sessions, or events offered through the Website (collectively, the “Services”).

  1. “PNW Pyramid,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to PNW Pyramid, LLC.

  2. “Client,” “Participant," “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual or company that is booking or participating in a Service.

  3. “Facilitator(s)” refers to the independent practitioner(s) who provide Services at PNW Pyramid. Some services are bookable via the website, others may be private events bookable via Facilitator Website. Please note that Facilitators may maintain their own professional licenses and separate terms of service, which are independent of these Terms.  We are not party to any agreement that You sign with a Facilitator.

Agreement to Terms: By booking a Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not book or participate in any services.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES 

Services provided by PNW Pyramid include Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Baths, Reiki Sessions, Metatronic Healing®, Infrared Sauna sessions and Group Sessions like Men’s Circle and Grief Group. 

  1. Non-Medical Nature: You acknowledge that our practitioners are not licensed medical professionals. These services are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment.

  2. Massage Therapy Disclaimer: In accordance with Washington State law (RCW 18.108.030), unless otherwise stated, our practitioners do not provide "massage therapy." We do not use techniques that imply massage, including but not limited to Swedish or deep tissue manipulation, unless the practitioner is a Washington State Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).  These practitioners will have their own licenses and insurance to which you must agree through the terms and conditions provided by the Facilitator. 

3.  BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Services on this Website require advanced booking and, when indicated, an upfront payment.  Advance booking is required for donation events, with the timeline for such booking indicated on Our Website. Donations for donation events are optional. 

  2. Notice requirement: participants must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or  reschedule a session.  

  3. Late cancellations: cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice from appointment time will incur a fee equal to the full session cost. 

  4. No-shows: failure to attend a scheduled service without prior notice will result in a charge of the full session fee.

  5. Donation-based events: a 24 hour cancellation notice is appreciated for donation-based events in order to open up the space for others to attend.   

  6. Provider cancellations: if the Facilitator cancels an appointment, the participant will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

  7. Refund processing: eligible refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  8. Emergency exceptions: to protect the health of our community, please reschedule if you have a fever or contagious illness. Fees may be waived at the provider's sole discretion for documented emergencies, such as sudden illness. 

  9. How to reschedule or cancel: if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment,  email pnwpyramid@gmail.com or call (509)676-6401. Please also refer to the individual Facilitator profiles for their preferred method to provide notice. 

4. LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE

  1. Assumption of risk: you understand that participating in Services may involve physical or mental exertion. You acknowledge, appreciate, and voluntarily assume all associated risks—both known and unknown—related to your participation. Your participation is of your own free will. 

  2. Medical disclaimer: services offered through the Website are for wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment, diagnosis, or advice. You represent that you are in good health and have no medical condition that prevents your safe participation. You are encouraged to seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition prior to participating in any Service. 

  3. Release of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by Washington law, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge PNW Pyramid, LLC, its Facilitators, and practitioners (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. PNW Pyramid, LLC and its Facilitators shall not be liable for any injury or loss arising from the use of the Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Indemnification and liability: you agree to be responsible for and to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PNW Pyramid, LLC and its Facilitators from any and all claims, damages, legal proceedings, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your actions or your participation in the Services. 

5. ATTENDANCE, FACILITIES AND ACCESS  

  1. Punctuality and Arrival

    1. Check-In: Participants are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their session or event.

    2. Group Events: For the comfort and privacy of all participants, doors will be closed and locked 15 minutes after the stated start time. Late arrivals after this grace period will be denied entry and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

    3. Individual Sessions: If you arrive late for a one-on-one session, your service will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. The session fee will not be prorated for lost time.

  2. Restroom: There is one restroom available for guest use. Please arrive early if you require use of the facilities to ensure you are ready to begin at the posted start time. 

  3. Property Access and Accessibility Disclaimer

    1. Private Residence: PNW Pyramid is located on a private residential property.

    2. Terrain: Access to the facility requires traversing a gravel and uneven driveway. The PNW Pyramid is situated approximately 150 feet down this driveway, and the restroom facility requires a walk of approximately 250 feet each way.

    3. Stairs: There are three steps you must use to access the PNW Pyramid, and there is one step you must access to use the restroom. 

    4. Disability access:  there is no ramp to the PWN Pyramid nor to the restroom.

  4. Suitability: By booking, you acknowledge that you are aware of these physical requirements. If you have mobility concerns or require specific accommodations, please contact us prior to booking to discuss if our facility can meet your needs. 

6. GUEST CONDUCT AND SUBSTANCE POLICY 

  1. Right of Refusal: PNW Pyramid, LLC and its Facilitators reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from the premises at their sole discretion, without a refund.

  2. Prohibited Behavior: 

    1. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, antisocial, offensive, or disruptive behavior.

    2. We do not allow the use of mobile phones during any sessions and encourage users to turn off their phones during any group or individual session. 

  3. Alcohol and Intoxication: The consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises. Any guest who arrives appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances will be denied entry and asked to leave immediately and will not qualify for a refund. 

  4. Safety & Compliance: Any illegal drugs, alcohol or firearms on the premises is strictly forbidden from the premises.  Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by Facilitators. Failure to comply with conduct standards may result in a permanent ban from future Services at PNW Pyramid.

  5. Privacy: Guests must respect the privacy of the residents and other participants. Any unauthorized entry into private residential areas beyond the designated event space is strictly prohibited

7. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY 

PNW Pyramid LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information—such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address—strictly for the purposes of booking, communication, and providing our wellness services. We may also use your data to market future events happening at PNW Pyramid.  You may choose to opt-out of this communication by emailing John@PNWpyramid with the subject line <OPT OUT> and we will remove your email from future communications. 

  1. No Third-Party Sharing: Your personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared with outside third parties for marketing purposes.

  2. Service Providers: Access to your data is limited to PNW Pyramid LLC and our essential website/booking "processors" (e.g., our hosting platform or scheduling software) solely to facilitate your appointments.

  3. Health Data Distinction: Any information regarding your physical or mental health is subject to our more stringent Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy in compliance with Washington State law.

8.  HEALTH DATA PRIVACY

During our consultations and sessions, you may voluntarily share information verbally or via optional intake form, regarding your physical or mental health, to help us tailor your experience. Any health-related information you share, whether provided verbally or in writing, is collected and protected under our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy in accordance with Washington State law.  Please see the stand-alone link on our website for more details. 

9. DRY SAUNA SERVICES & SEPARATE AGREEMENT 

While we may offer sauna services, these are not bookable directly through the Website and require a separate, signed Sauna Liability Waiver & Health Intake Form prior to use.

  1. Health Warranty: By using the sauna, you represent that you have consulted a physician regarding any heart conditions, pregnancy, or high/low blood pressure.

  2. Safety Rules: Use of the sauna is at your own risk. Users must be at least 18 years of age and must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or suffering from a condition that makes heat exposure dangerous.

  3. Hygiene: For health and sanitation, in compliance with Washington health standards, all users must wear appropriate swimwear and sit on the provided clean towels at all times.

  4. Medical Consultation: You confirm that you have consulted a physician if you have chronic conditions, such as cardiovascular disease or low blood pressure, before using the sauna.

  5. Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with sauna use, including but not limited to dehydration or heat exhaustion.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  2. Jurisdiction and Venue: You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to such venue.

  3. Time Limit for Claims: To the extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever 

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision, or any portion thereof, of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect as if the agreement had been executed without the invalid portion

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. Ownership of Content: All content included on PNWPyramid.com and provided during our Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio/video clips (including sound bowl recordings), digital downloads, and session protocols—is the exclusive property of PNW Pyramid LLC™ or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

  2. Limited License & Prohibited Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.                       You strictly agree not to:

    1. Reproduce or Redistribute: Copy, "scrape," or distribute any content from this Website or our sessions for commercial gain or third-party use without prior written consent from PNW Pyramid LLC.

    2. Unauthorized Recordings: Video or audio recording of Reiki sessions or Sound Baths is strictly prohibited unless express written permission is granted by the practitioner.

    3. Modification: Alter, corrupt, or create derivative works from any materials found on the Website or provided during a Service.

  3. Trademarks:  The name PNW Pyramid LLC™, our logo, and any specific program titles are common law trademarks of PNW Pyramid LLC. Their use in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause consumer confusion, is strictly prohibited.
