Why A Pyramid ?
Pyramids can be found across the globe , built by nearly every ancient civilization, holding a profound place in many cultures. Modern science based research has shown that pyramids focus electromagnetic energy within, acting as resonators. There is much evidence provided by Mystics and experimental based research that a pyramid has many beneficial qualities harmonious with humans and nature. Sound Baths
Sound has been used throughout history and global cultures as a sacred catalyst to healing and enhanced states of awareness. A gentle flow of energised wavelengths permeate through the ears and brain, but also flow throughout our physical and energetic bodies to our deepest places: our cells, DNA, energy centers and the spaces within them, offering mental, emotional, physical and spiritual coherence.
Using Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and Alchemy Singing Bowls John will lead you into a meditative state , intuitively playing the bowls within the group field, creating a unique immersive experience for those present. Hence, every session is different, depending on what is most appropriate for each individual in attendance. It is always nice to come with an intention for yourself with whatever you are working with at that time.
For your comfort, please wear easily removable footwear and comfortable clothes. We will provide drinking water and mats, but request that you bring your own blanket and pillow. Please refrain from wearing any strong scents and arrive sober. Doors will open 10 minutes before the hour and will be locked 15 minutes past the hour.

One-To-One Sessions
John Chate is an intuitive and is providing personal sessions, combining his experience in several modalities of healing, tailored to the individual to provide the most appropriate treatment.
John is a Reiki Master /Teacher and Metatronic Healing practitioner, who weaves sound (crystal singing bowls) and crystals into his practice, providing a sacred and safe space to allow physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of self to become aligned and emboldened.
John is an experienced distance healer and offers distance healing from the pyramid. In addition, if you know someone in need of healing, you may request that we place a named photo in the pyramid to aid with their recovery. Please contact us for these services.

Pyramid Rental & External Events
PNW PYRAMID is available to rent for private and group events or for practitioners seeing clients or hosting events.
John Chate is available for group sound baths at your event or work gathering. He also offers services to clear spaces/homes, and to help address geopathic stress and sick building syndrome.

Key Features of PNW Pyramid:
Capacity: Interior is eighteen feet by eighteen feet and will comfortably host up to 12 guests lying down or more if seated, depending on the required configuration.
Amenities: Equipped with a wood burning stove as the main source of heat and not wired for electricity . On site bathroom and infrared sauna are in the main house’s basement . It is the perfect place to escape the modern world and connect inward and with nature without leaving the city.
Accessibility: There are three steps to enter the pyramid which is set back one hundred feet from the street, down a gravel drive.
Parking: There is plenty of on street parking, please refrain from parking on site.

Men's Circle
Join Tim Pepperell for a Men’s Circle inside the PNW PYRAMID. This event is a sacred space for men to gather and share, where vulnerability, authenticity, connection and support are fostered in a non judgemental environment. Come express whatever is on your mind and in your heart.
Consider booking attendance to the Sound Bath that is just before the gathering or book a sauna for added relaxation , making this a dedicated time for you.

Infrared Sauna
A wonderful way to relax and receive all the benefits of a full spectrum infrared sauna.
The sauna has an ergonomic seat for one, full spectrum infrared panels, a far red panel, a Himalayan Salt panel, an ioniser, and changeable color therapy lighting.
A changing room and shower are provided, stocked with towels and soap for your comfort. To book a sauna session before or after a treatment, or for your partner whilst you are enjoying time in the pyramid, please text (509) 676-6401 or e-mail pnwpyramid@gmail.com. Sessions are reccomended 30 minute maximum at 125F and cost $30.

This safe and welcoming space offers an opportunity to share your feelings and connect with others who understand your journey. Whether you are navigating a recent loss or carrying grief from the past, you are invited to find comfort, support, and healing in this sacred gathering.

Divinity Activation Sessions
Step into a sacred journey of remembrance as ancient divine intelligences gather to transmit wisdom, energetic activation, and deeper awareness of your true divine nature. Experience your Divinity through an intuitively guided energetic meditation accompanied by sound healing.
Throughout human history, certain divine intelligences have appeared during pivotal moments of spiritual awakening on Earth. These beings come through Jennifer Yost during guided journey ceremonies to share energetic transmissions and perspectives on Love, Truth, and Divine Order.
During these group Activation Sessions, participants often report feeling the presence of these ancient intelligences through Jennifer’s channeling, as well as through their own intuitive impressions, visions, and energetic sensations. Many experience shifts in awareness and receive upgrades in consciousness that support greater inner peace, joy, and wisdom.
Those who feel called to attend often describe the experience as a powerful moment of remembrance and reconnection with their deeper spiritual nature.
Who We Are
John Chate
Originally from England, I have lived in Seattle since 2014 after spending the previous fifteen years exploring the globe, immersing myself in different countries and cultures while indulging my love of sacred sites, healing, mountain sports, and journeys through nature. I qualified as an Usui Ryoho Reiki Master/Teacher in March 2009, a Lightarian Reiki Master/Teacher in December 2011, and a Metatronic Healing Practitioner in February 2013. I have played Crystal Singing Bowls in group sound healing events since 2012 and I am in awe and wonder to be able to offer my life’s passion in such a special space to so many wonderful people.
I am offering group sound baths with Crystal Singing Bowls, one-on-one healing sessions, space clearing (i.e., cleansing homes), and wedding officiant services. I look forward to working with you!

Originally from Manchester, England, I have lived in Seattle, Washington, since 1994, currently residing in West Seattle with my wife, Beth, since 2019. Through my own life experiences, I have felt a calling to give back—to help facilitate a safe, non-judgmental space for men/people to share their own experiences. Through love and struggle we gather in open-mindedness and honesty.

GROUP ACTIVATIONS
Jennifer Yost is a Washington State native and Seattle-based psychotherapist with nearly 30 years of experience in the healing arts. She earned her Master’s degree from Seattle University and has been in private practice since 2005, integrating psychotherapy with intuitive energetic healing. A Reiki Master since 2006 with training in Matrix Energetics, Jennifer’s work has evolved into channeling transmissions from deities and ascended masters. Through PNW Pyramid, she facilitates group channeling events accompanied by John Chate’s powerful sound healing.

PNW Pyramid is located on a quiet street, a block off of Delridge Way, providing ample on street parking and is conveniently close to a Rapid Ride bus stop (Myrtle Street). It is a short walk from the street up a private drive into natural surroundings.
